This role requires demonstrated buyer’s-agent experience, remote buying capability, and advanced suburb-analysis skills. Applicants from any state must already meet all three requirements. Perth-based applicants with exceptional personal investment experience and strong suburb-analysis skills may also be considered

The Role

You’ll represent clients with expertise and integrity throughout their buying journey:

• Research suburbs and properties using advanced data analysis
• Uncover off-market and pre-market opportunities
• Build strong agent relationships across states
• Present thoroughly assessed options aligned to client goals
• Conduct negotiations and secure favourable contract terms
• Guide clients professionally from brief through to settlement

Once proficient, you’ll operate independently with the support of a high-performing remote team.

About You

You must have:

• Demonstrated buyer’s-agent experience, including independently purchasing property for formally engaged clients
• Skills in property search, negotiation and remote buying
• High-level capability in suburb analysis using platforms such as SuburbsFinder, Stash or HTAG
• Strong understanding of property investment, off-market sourcing and residential strategy
• Current real estate licence or registration (or interstate equivalent)
