Progress is moving along at a great pace with the child care centre development in Wembley, Perth, put together by Property Wizards.
The Investment
This a commercial property investment Property Wizards acquired for our buyer’s agency clients. After thorough due diligence, we bought the land and arranged contracts for construction of the centre and leasing to a national blue-chip tenant. By creating the investment from scratch, we ensured a high-quality build and an enhanced return for our client’s long-term investment.
The Development Project
A stunning, double-storey centre of brick construction is being built. It is designed to integrate with the surroundings in the high-quality suburb of Wembley. Construction is due for completion 30 September 2020.
Progress timeline so far
- Building permit issued 27/3/20
- Construction started 30/3/20
- Site works complete 3/4/20
- Slab down 15/4/20
Brickwork is now underway and Codiv-19 restrictions have not hampered progress at all, with contractors sticking to the builder’s required hygiene and safety measures.
